Paranoid

I am leaving my baby for the very first time this weekend! Cam and I are going to my best friends wedding in Colorado for three whole days! I just finished typing up 5 single spaced pages on how to take care of this little need machine for my dear mother who had agreed to watch Oakley. Paranoid you ask...Of course! How could anyone feel good about leaving this precious face!?!

We got a pool!

Well...Oakley did, and as Cam would say, " The Baby gets everything nice" sadly, it's true. Oakley loves the water and will sit quietly and play in it for up to an hour! This six dollar pool has saved the day!

I'm not really sure what to call this...

Oakley's response to almost everything lately has been da-da-da-da but it seems like whenever she is really focused or really tired, she makes this very strange sound...

Here are a few more amazing pictures thanks to Amber! On Saturday my cousin got married and we had so much fun spending time with the family. Oakley got to spend some quality time with her cousin Sam but wasnt really sure what to think about someone her size!

Sam: Hi Oakley, let's be friends

Oakley: Why are you touching my dress?!?

Sam: It's ok Oakley, Im really nice...

Okaley: Somebody help me...I'm getting really nervous...

Oakley: I can't take it anymore...I'm not ready for friends!

Amber

My cousin Amber has been visiting us from Hawaii the for last week...We have loved having her here and Oakley has loved all the extra attention! She has taken so many adorable pictures of Oakley since arriving and I had a really hard time deciding which ones to post. Here are a few of my favorites...I'm sure there will be many more to come.
